Group Chief Technology Officer (GCTO) is a newly formed global organisation of over 6'000 staff aligned to the product suite that supports Information Technology infrastructure (e.g. mainframe, servers, connectivity, desktop, mobile, Lync, and voice). It encompasses support for all Credit Suisse IT infrastructure requirements.

  • You a challenging leadership role within CTO Technology Security Services Credit Suisse as a Product Management Lead within Identity and Access Management
  • The responsibility to lead the definition and communication of the product vision and strategic positioning in alignment with the Credit Suisse business / IT strategy including the regulatory and industry standards.
  • You the opportunity to engage with partners to re-assess and re-prioritize requirements along the product/component lifecycle
  • You the chance to interact with delivery projects aligned with product/component roadmaps and initiate and lead rollout projects for specific areas and cases
  • Monitor the risks associated with regions/units; ensure that all audit/control points are addressed and in line with Internal & External Guidelines
  • You will have the responsibility for customer and support vendor (Product & Service) relationship management, e.g. to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
  • Manage and control applications and components as products and champion the delivery of elite features to the business.
  • Collaboration with the Solution Architecture team in handling products/components lifecycle (from conception, adoption to end of life status).
  • A chance to define and maintain product/component specific roadmap (short / long term).
  • Build a tight-knit collaboration with Enterprise Architecture to ensure a proper implementation of products in a holistic view of the reference architecture.
  • Represent the thought leadership of Credit Suisse at appropriate conferences and industry bodies.
  • Be a powerful influencer within the Product Manager community within CTO and beyond. Ensure IAM product roadmap is aligned with partner organizations & their roadmaps.
  • Lead the IAM Team globally in a virtual environment and communicate to the Top Management of TSS and CS

  • A Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences or in a related field
  • At least 5+ years of professional experience as a Product Manager, Service Manager, Platform Manager or as a Senior Business Analyst
  • At least 5 + years' experience of Identity and Access Management Solutions / Privileged Access Management including Architectures and Processes
  • Strong knowledge of IT guidelines, delivery processes, standards, costs and operating models
  • Excellent business management skills with a global and strategic mind-set
  • Strong leadership skills, mediation and facilitation of skills with the ability to promote collaboration and communication to improve information sharing
  • Ability to lead and coordinate regional and global teams and workgroups
  • Vendor management/networking skills
