Project Manager - Legal IT

report directly into the Programme Manager and partner with work stream leads across different business lines to develop an integrated 3 year programme plan
- lead from the front and help drive delivery of the programme
- with having good PM skills, work with different leads and provide guidance on planning, milestones, risks and issues and reporting
- get into the detail and be willing to learn new things within the legalities of disposal of data

Your team : 
You will be working within the Defensible Disposal programme within Legal IT. Legal IT has and continues to go through significant change to service the Legal business and a suite of supported applications. The Legal IT team has developed a clear roadmap and team structure and is looking to further expand its project management capability, specifically within Defensible Disposal which is listed as a significant program within UBS.

Your experience and skills : 
• Successful delivery of projects within a Financial Environment.
• Remaining calm under pressure and can think clearly to address difficult problems with the ability to turn round difficult relationships and build trusted relationships
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Very strong and effective communications skills, also able to make sometimes unpopular decisions
• Acting as the Lynch Pin between the Programme and respective Projects, working with the PM's to create an integrated programme plan that meets the scope of Defensible Disposal
• Ability to work across multiple projects using a variety of methodologies within the same programme
• Facilitating the appointment of individuals within the programme and ensuring that there is efficient allocation of common resources and skills within projects
• Managing both the dependencies and the interfaces between projects
• Managing risks to the programme's successful outcome
• Reporting progress of the projects at regular intervals to the programme manager
• Build credible, trusted relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
