Robert Half has partnered exclusively with a client in the education sector to recruit a Level 2 IT Support Officer with strong Audio Visual (AV) support experience. You'll be supported, given exposure across the environment, and trusted to take ownership as you grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the ICT and AV operational environments across on-prem, hybrid and cloud services, including; messaging and collaboration, business systems, AV technologies, file/print and multi-function devices, VOIP/telephony, wireless and network services.
- Provide hands-on support for core platforms, such as windows 10/11 domains, M365 suite, Intune, Active Directory, web browsers and ticketing systems.
- Provide support for audio visual systems and products, including; Crestron, Q-SYS, Kramer, along with other well-known AV equipment brands.
- Provide device lifecycle support to end users.
- Support events during business hours, with occasional after-hours support as required.
Key Requirements:
- A valid QLD Paid Employee Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
- A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a technical or AV environment.
- Proven experience in IT and AV systems, problem solving, organisational skills, time management, communication and relationship building.
- Strong communications and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
