We are recruiting for a Chief Commercial Officer to join our team. The Chief Commercial Officer is responsible for delivering revenue targets as set in the business plan, for client relationships, new client acquisition and for articulating the voice of the customer within the organization.
In order to deliver revenue and client targets, the Chief Commercial Officer will significantly shape and drive pricing, new product development, marketing and the development of new distribution channels.
The Chief Commercial Officer will also take responsibility for developing and implementing an execution plan to ensure delivery of commercial aspects of the strategy, including new market entry.
The role holder is responsible for ensuring alignment with evolving market demand, identifying opportunities and underpinning the future growth and success of the organization. In part, this will involve personal engagement with a network of external stakeholders including key clients.
