Injection Quality Manager

our client is a production-focused organisation operating an injection plant where finished frames and components quality is critical to meeting plant performance targets. In this role, you’ll take ownership of product and process quality, lead quality problem-solving, drive continuous improvement, and help maintain and strengthen the ISO9001 system—making sure quality standards are understood and sustained across the plant.

Role Overview:
As Injection Quality Manager, you will ensure overall product and process quality across the injection plant, leading day-to-day quality activities, problem-solving efforts, and training that support plant quality KPIs and continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Experience:
• Process quality management and continuous improvement experience in injection or metal production
• Working knowledge of advanced quality tools (APQA/FMEA/SPC/8D/Control Plan)
• Six Sigma knowledge or project management experience (preferred)
• Strong problems analysis and problem-solving skills
• New product introduction experience (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
• Own overall product and process quality for the injection plant (finished frames and components)
• Drive quality problem-solving to address issues and prevent recurrence
• Drive performance to meet and achieve plant quality KPI targets
• Lead continuous plant quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain and improve the plant ISO9001 system
• Responsible for plant product and process quality training
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:
• Process quality management and continuous improvement experience in injection or metal production industry
• Familiarity with advanced quality tools (APQA/FMEA/SPC/8D/Control Plan)
• Six Sigma knowledge or project management experience (preferable)
• Bachelor degree
• More than 10 years working experience in an MNC Quality area
• English can be working language
• On-site working environment
