1. Partner Planning and Recruitment
• Identify target partner clusters in the region and recruit high-quality, high-growth partners, developing Business Plans (BPs) and expansion strategies.
2. Partner Growth and Empowerment
• Support the development and nurturing of localized channels, ensuring comprehensive regional coverage and client acquisition.
• Provide systematized empowerment to partners based on their business direction, including policy guidance, product and solution expertise, and personnel capability cerfications, to enhance their sales and service capabilities, drive transformation, and achieve business growth.
3. Partner Operations and Incentives
• Identify and allocate opportunities, fostering client cultivation and business expansion through partners, with ongoing process tracking and resource support.
• Manage partner processes and conflicts.
• Participate in the formulation and feedback of incentive policies to safeguard partner rights and interests.
• Monitor partner satisfaction, promptly address reasonable partner requests, and make swift decisions.
4. Risk Management in Partner Collaboration
• Implement effective ecosystem quality control, compliance, and credit management in accordance with partnership policies to prevent misconduct and ensure business security.
Position Requirement
• Over 10 years of experience in channel distribution within the cloud computing industry.
• Proven experience in expanding and collaborating with top-tier channel partners, including building a channel management system from scratch.
• Familiarity with mainstream architectural design approaches, capable of addressing partner and client inquiries regarding technical architectures.
• Strategic insight to plan channel partner layouts, pre-emptively position in upstream and downstream segments of the industry chain, optimize partner composition, and establish strategic relationships.
• Expertise in developing and executing channel partner expansion and collaboration strategies, identifying competitive approaches in key areas and tracks, empowering partners, and motivating them to achieve breakthrough business growth.
• Ability to innovate partnership models and design sustainable commercial mechanisms based on a deep understanding of the underlying commercial principles, ensuring mutual benefits and win-win outcomes.
• In-depth industry insights to guide client needs, comprehensively review and diagnose client strategies, businesses, and technologies, and provide forward-thinking solutions to activate existing clients and accelerate their growth.", "salary_raw": "Row(double=None, string=None)"}
