Job Responsibilities:

1. Communicate directly with clients to gather and document user requirements for tailored software solutions.
2. Implement process automation workflows with Sprintboot, streamlining repetitive client operations effectively.
3. Provide technical support to applications, investigate and resolve customer issues, and ensure timely solutions.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for troubleshooting, testing, and deploying application updates.
5. Prepare comprehensive documentation and client-facing reports to ensure transparency of progress and results.

Job Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science or related field.
2. Possess 3 years of experience in application development with Java/J2EE and Sprintboot
3. Reliable and Detail-Oriented: Consistent performer with a strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
4. Language: Fluent in Cantonese and English.
