We are currently hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and strategic product positioning for our Digital Asset Exchange (AAX). As we lead up to the launch date, we need someone with a sales mindset who will think outside the box to drive new customer signup and position AAX as a premium brand in the market.

  • Experience in digital marketing to engage new customers locally and globally essential
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to determine appropriate marketing strategies for the international and Chinese market segments
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and strategic partners to develop the marketing strategy
  • Plan, execute and manage all marketing initiatives of the company across multiple platforms (digital, print, social, email, experiential and advertising) to drive specific actions and KPIs
  • Work with internal and external partners to develop the digital marketing strategic road map and multi-channel strategy, and manage all aspects of online marketing initiatives
  • Establish brand presence on digital and social channels and take ownership of all strategic and execution of all marketing initiatives
  • Plan and execute SEO via various techniques, including content-driven strategies
  • Manage corporate website and lead content writing to support the company’s business objectives
  • Monitor and report the performance of marketing campaigns and make timely adjustments to achieve targets and maximise ROI
  • Review cost analysis and projection of each marketing program and manage budget in the most cost effective way
  • Develop marketing database and mailing/email lists


  • Bachelor degree in marketing or equivalent
  • Fluent written and spoken English, additional Asian languages preferable
  • Very good interpersonal skills, proactive, innovative and open minded
  • Up to 5 years relevant experience in combination of Marketing Agency, Startups, FinTech or financial institutions
  • Previous vendor or client management experience
  • Sales mindset to promote our product and drive customer signup
  • Functional expertise in social network, digital marketing, website development and CRM
  • Strong sense of business analysis and acumen
  • Able to work under pressure and meet very tight deadlines
