Infrastructure Support Analyst, UK trading firm

Responsibilities:

• Provide day to day end user support supporting ongoing firm high-touch efforts (Azure, Intune, Office 365, Mobility, Exchange Online).
• Deliver technology training sessions. Epitomize best practices for new and existing hardware and software technology releases. 
• Support in house trading system, back office sysstem and other ISV systems.
• Provide telephone and onsite visits fixing basic network/ computer issues.

Requirements:

• 2 years+ experience in technical/ trade floor support role
• Excellent troubleshooting, technical/ creative problem-solving and analytical ability.
• Strong knowledge of end user computing environment
• Windows 7/8/10, Red Hat Linux & Microsoft Server 2008/2012/2016.
• Basic Cisco Network experience (IP addressing scheme, gateways, routers,
  switches etc.).
• Fluent written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
