Job Description
Manager - Pre-Sales, Brand and Marketing (for Uniqus's US Office, based in Mumbai)

1. 6-8years of experience in pre-sales, business development, or growthmarketing specifically within the US professional services orconsulting market
2. Deepunderstanding of US buyer behaviour - procurement cycles, RFP/RFQprocesses, and decision-making dynamics at CFO/COO/CTO level
3. Experienceindependently managing a growth office function - pipeline tracking,proposal coordination, win/loss analysis, CRM hygiene (Salesforce orHubSpot)
4. Provenability to lead or contribute to proposal writing and pitch deckdevelopment for US enterprise or mid-market clients
5. Hashandled or closely supported events, conferences, brand building,sponsorships in the US market - AICPA, IIA, industry summits,etc.
6. Workingknowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) strategiestailored to the US market
7. Exposureto product branding or positioning - ability toarticulate a firm's tech/AI differentiation to US prospects in acompelling way
8. Comfortablewith digital tools that support pre-sales - digital marketing, LinkedInSales Navigator, ZoomInfo, 6sense, or equivalent prospecting/intelligenceplatforms
9. Understandingof compliance and regulatory context relevant to US clients in finance,accounting, or professional services sectors
10. Experienceworking in or closely with a US office setup - time zonemanagement, cross-functional remote collaboration, and independentdecision-making in a lean team
11. Requiredto work as per US time, if needed

• Good understanding of CRM platforms and inputs,reporting etc. features from sales, pipeline, perspective.
• Knowledge of other AI tool usage
