Join a global hedge fund as a Corporate Access Associate, supporting high-level interactions between investors and corporate executives. In this role, you will play a key part in facilitating investor relations, corporate meetings, and market engagement activities, working closely with institutional clients and senior management teams in a fast-paced financial environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Arrange 1-on-1 meetings between institutional investors and company executives (CEO, CFO, IR).
• Organize and manage investor conferences and events.
• Coordinate roadshows, company visits, and investor meetings across Japan.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of corporate access activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance client engagement and experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Corporate Access within an investment bank or asset management firm in Japan.
• Strong understanding of capital markets and investor relations activities.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent coordination and organizational skills for event and stakeholder management.
• Strong communication skills to engage with senior executives and institutional investors.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Language Requirements:

• Japanese: Native
• English: Business level
