You will be responsible for originating and executing Debt Capital Markets transactions, supporting institutional clients, and delivering strategic financing solutions in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Execute Debt Capital Markets (DCM) transactions for institutional clients in Japan.
• Support the origination, structuring, and execution of bond issuance and debt financing mandates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Japanese financial institutions and key stakeholders.
• Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, financial analyses, and transaction documentation.
• Coordinate closely with internal product teams, syndicate, sales, trading, legal, and compliance teams to ensure successful transaction execution.
• Monitor capital markets, interest rate movements, and industry trends to identify client opportunities.
• Support senior bankers in developing new business opportunities and strengthening client relationships.
• Deliver high-quality execution while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications Experience:

• 3+ years of Debt Capital Markets (DCM) experience within an investment bank in Japan.
• Proven experience executing debt capital markets transactions and financing mandates.
• Strong understanding of bond markets, debt financing products, and capital markets.
• Experience working with Japanese institutional clients.
• Strong financial analysis, transaction execution, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple live transactions simultaneously.
