・グローバル主導の人材開発・学習プログラム（例： AI 関連研修、リーダーシップ開発 、 ハイポテンシャル向けトレーニング等 ）の日 本への導入・運営を主体的に推進

・担当プログラムにおいて、スケジュール・課題・関係者を管理し、円滑な実行をリード

・グローバルチームおよび外部ベンダーとの連携・調整（英語でのコミュニケーション含む）を通じたプロジェクト推進

・社内ステークホルダー（ HR 、ビジネス部門等）との連携をリードし、施策の定着・展開を推進

・プログラム運営に関わるオペレーション全般を自律的に実行（参加者対応、各種コミュニケーション作成、進行管理 等）

・既存プログラムの改善・高度化に向けた課題特定および改善施策の実行

・トレーニング資料やコミュニケーションのローカライズ（日英）を通じた品質向上への貢献

Position Summary:

As part of the Leadership & Talent Development team, this role is responsible for driving the implementation of leadership development and learning initiatives in Japan. With the increasing number of global programs and the enhancement of existing initiatives, this position will independently lead assigned areas while collaborating with global stakeholders to ensure effective execution and localization.
