Education
3 year degree or University degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field. Or equivalent work experience.
Experience
Typically has 5 to 7 years of IT work experience. Strong working knowledge of ERP system a must (SAP)

As part of the Business Applications Services (BAS) Tribe in KL, our mission is to deliver and continuously enhance Ordering, Billing, Finance, and Provisioning services while evolving our on-premises and cloud technology stack. Several years into this transformation journey, we are advancing the consolidation and modernization of our technology landscape and seeking an experienced SAP CM (Convergent Mediation) Senior Implementation Specialist to guide implementation activities focused on leading digital transformation activities, mainly within the Billing & Finance domain.
Within this scope, following competencies are required:
- Good functional understanding of the Convergent Mediation module in SAP as part of the BRIM solution
- Deep understanding of data mediation, collection, validation, distribution, and reconciliation in CM
- Hands on experience in building and configuring mediation workflows using agents
- Proficiency in CM specific scripting like APL, Java for custom business logic
- Experience of working in high volume-based billing scenarios
- Good Integration knowledge with other BRIM Modules like SOM, CC, and CI
- Well capable to communicate with internal stakeholders to translate the business demand into functional requirements specific for transactions-based billing,

Part of a transversal Business & Functional Analysis Chapter, you will report to a Chapter Lead and work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders within the Finance and IT departments. In your day-to-day activities, you will be part of a squad working according to the agile principles to deliver and maintain solutions within the BRIM landscape. You'll be in the front seat from requirements gathering, over implementation, up to testing and finally the delivery of these applications in alignment with our delivery roadmap.
You will join a diverse Tribe of 170+ enthusiastic professionals, spread across two main locations (Belgium & Malaysia). We value collaboration, continuous learning, open feedback, and a strong team mindset.
Key Responsibilities
01 . In line with agreed requirements, perform system development, systems analysis, testing, debugging, configuration, file design and storage for system solutions/upgrades/change requests.
02 . Lead the development and assist in the design/ programming solutions of change requests or projects of moderate complexity.
03 . Understand and adhere to documentation standards, file design and storage procedures.
04 . Perform programming and operational support, including configuring, customizing, deploying, maintaining and upgrading enterprise resource planning application modules.
05 . Execute/coordinate activities related to feasibility studies and for prototyping, developing functional specifications, data mapping, function mapping, setting of configuration tables, and setting of transaction/control tables.
06 . Propose security/authorization set-up, user documentation, data interface design, data migration and reconciliation.
07 . Assist in resolving problems reported by less senior team members.
08 . Keep an up to date overview of software, hardware, operating systems, commercial off-the-shelve softwares in enterprise resource planning.
