ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Does (The tasks / responsibilities that the role performs to address requirements in Key Result Areas)

• To help the sales team in the onboarding of new partners.
• To help follow through unresolved partner issues for onboarding, kitting, and delivery.
• To do trade checks and perform on-ground resolution and escalation management.
• Provide valuable insights for trade visits and competitor scans

• Effective Leadership: Guiding the team toward achieving goals.

• Onboarding Efficiency: Efficient collaboration with the sales team and the onboarding team.
• Issue resolution recommendations: Provide sound, streamlined resolution recommendations for partner issues.
• Data-Driven Insights: Regular reports on performance and trends for trade visits.

QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum requirements in terms of experience and background, skills and competencies for sourcing purposes)

Experience

• Proven Work Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar role, handling administrative tasks related to sales processes. Has to have trade and on ground experience.
• Sales Data Management: Familiarity with managing and organizing sales data, including lead tracking, pipeline management, and reporting.
• Order Processing: Knowledge of order processing, invoicing, and coordinating with other departments (e.g., logistics, finance).
• Sales Support: Exposure to providing support to the sales team, handling inquiries, and assisting with customer requests.

Skills

• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities to manage schedules, documents, and sales-related paperwork efficiently.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with sales reps, clients, and internal teams.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accurate data entry, order fulfillment, and documentation.
• Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
• Data Analysis Proficiency: Competency in data analysis, reporting, and creating spreadsheets.
