About the Role

As a CBRE BSO Strategic Delivery & Operations Manager / Senior Manager, you will work directly with the Global Service Delivery Lead to strengthen the coordination, governance and execution discipline of the global IA&R organization. You will connect regional service delivery, global priorities and operational initiatives, helping leadership maintain clear oversight, effective coordination and consistent follow-through across the organization.

  • Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, automation and AI initiatives, ensuring adoption is aligned to business priorities and delivers measurable outcomes.
  • Support the execution of strategic priorities, organizational changes, transitions and growth initiatives while ensuring continuity of service delivery.
  • Prepare executive-level materials, business insights and recommendations for senior leadership and key stakeholders.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations, project management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams across regions, functions and time zones while maintaining strong delivery discipline.
  • Commercial and operational acumen, with the ability to connect capacity, productivity, service performance and transformation outcomes.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operational leaders without relying solely on formal authority, and to convert ambiguity into clear decisions and actions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to prepare concise, decision-ready materials for executive audiences.
