Job Description
- Produce tailored and standardised analytical reports covering fund performance, portfolio composition, cash flow projections, and investment simulations
- Manage ad-hoc investor reporting needs, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and alignment with client requirements
- Provide technical, data-driven responses to investor questions related to fund activities, reporting outputs, and portfolio updates
- Support fundraising initiatives through preparation of financial analyses, historical and forecast cash flows, and due diligence materials
- Update and maintain internal databases, ensuring the integrity of performance data used for reporting, benchmarking, and external publications
- Contribute to the preparation of marketing materials, including quantitative packs, presentations, and fund documentation
- Conduct benchmarking analyses against private equity market indices and peers
- At least 2 years of experience in financial services, ideally related to private equity, asset management, or alternative investments
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
- Strong proficiency in Excel for modelling and data analysis, and PowerPoint for preparing investor materials
- Solid understanding of financial statements and investment metrics such as IRR, multiples, cash flow modelling, and portfolio analytics
- Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable collaborating across global teams
