Our client is a boutique Investment Holding company with key presence in Japan. Offering a mixture of M&A Intermediary and Advisory Services along various consulting work, they have seen success locally and now seek to bring on a M&A talent in Singapore.

about the job
Being a sole contributor in the Singapore office reporting to the Director in the head office, you responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Sourcing potential M&A deal's not solely for an intermediary purpose, but also for the potential acquistions
• Produce long list and short list of M&A prospects. Ideally, you will come with vast M&A experience with a proven track record on the technology sector locally or in SEA
• Negotiate deals to acquire companies to an advantageous position for the business, working closely with senior stakeholders about the deal which include PMI (Post Merger Integration) plan

skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will come with:

• Exceptional knowledge of the Singapore M&A market, preferably with at least 15 years of prior experience in an end to end capacity
• Business level English and Japanese to speak to stakeholder locally and senior stakeholders in Japan
• Atleast 5 years of M&A buyside experience in a tech company preferred
• Independent, with the keen willingness to have direct impact to a boutique, growing team
