Your role

Are you at your best when serving clients and providing specialist real assets and private markets knowledge? Do you have the demonstrated ability to work with clients to deliver alternative investment solutions?

We are looking for someone who can:

• lead the Investor Relations function for the UGA Infrastructure vertical, overseeing and developing a team of approximately five professionals
• provide specialist knowledge of UGA's infrastructure products to clients worldwide
• provide high-quality investment solutions to institutional and private investors
• contribute to fundraising efforts by completing RFPs and creating compelling marketing materials, including pitch decks and due diligence questionnaires (DDQs)
• work closely with the investment teams to conduct research and analysis on market trends, industry benchmarks, and competitor activity to enhance investor communication and position the firm as a market leader
• work closely with the Asset Management Client Coverage teams as well as Global Wealth Management client advisors to support sales and client services efforts

Your team

You'll be working as a part of a large-scale global asset manager offering investment capabilities and styles across all major traditional and alternative asset classes, from active to passive and including a comprehensive sustainable investing offering.

You'll be part of the Investor Relations Real Assets team within UBS Asset Management's Unified Global Alternatives (UGA) unit. With circa USD 300 billion under management (across Real Estate, Infrastructure, Hedge Funds, Private Equity and Private Credit), UGA is a leading global alternatives investor, channeling UBS Wealth and Institutional capital into both UBS and third-party best-in-class alternative investment vehicles.

The Investor Relations Real Assets team is a dynamic, committed, and ambitious team that focuses on Infrastructure and Real Estate. We are the key partner to the Investment Specialists in securing commitments from new investors and managing relationships with existing investors. We strive to be a trusted partner for our investors, client advisors, distribution colleagues, investment teams, and the entire value chain of Unified Global Alternatives.

Your expertise

• significant experience, at least 7-8 years, in an institutional investment, private markets specialist, product specialist or alternative sales role
• advanced technical, product and market knowledge in one or several of real estate, infrastructure, or private equity investments
• preferably have experience of working in a large institution with a demonstrated collaborative approach to working with generalist sales teams
• hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
• fluency in German and English is a must; proficiency in French, Italian or Spanish is a plus.
