The Role Responsibilities
To deliver client services and advice to our key clients in all interactions for transactional enquiries, reporting requirements and other service-related issues.
· To responsible for serving as primary contact person for clients and SCB staff for any account specific enquiries.
· As a Service Partner, to work together with Global Client Management (GCM), Relationship Managers (RM), Product Sales, Operations and other key internal stakeholders to solve client issues, identify opportunities and deliver on new initiatives.
· To help obtain and suggest productivity and cross selling of product when possible.
· To contribute to the delivery of key projects and internal initiatives.
· To help resolve day to day transactional enquiries for all clients.
· To manage all client account related procedure, including account opening, account maintenance, documentation, and account closing.
· To ensure all reports and agreed services are done correctly and timely for clients.
· To manage core client survey, questionnaires and due diligence visit.
· To help monitor tracking on account opening documentation, reporting, and others as required.

Our Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor Degree or above.
- Banking experience 2-3 years, experience in Securities Service will be
preferable.
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
- Basic computer knowledge, knowledge in excel is a must.
