It is looking for an Investment Director to be based in Birmingham or Nottingham.
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Work on all aspects of the transaction process from origination, deal structuring, negotiation, execution, and portfolio management
- Take specific responsibility for work streams, and lead parts of the transaction
- Add value to portfolio companies at board level, assist in securing a successful exit
YOUR PROFILE: - UK Investment experience within a Private Equity firm, Corporate Finance house or in Industry. Exposure to the UK Mid-Market is a necessity
- A track record of sourcing and executing investments
- Ambition and drive for investments into the UK Mid-Market, with a forward thinking approach for their success
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
