We are working with a pan-European Real Estate private equity investment fund to hire an Analyst for their team in London.
Working in a small team with a flat structure, you will perform a broad role including the analysis and underwriting of pan European investment opportunities, analysis of the firm's existing portfolio, working on financial restructurings and assisting with reporting.
They are a very meritocratic firm with a great culture and will give people a good deal of responsibility.
The firm is seeking to hire someone from a Big 4 accounting background, ideally with experience in Real Estate Audit and Real Estate Transaction Services, and is targeting people with 3 to 4 years' experience.
Strong cash flow modelling ability is a requirement for this role.
