The role is a truly generalist position within a small team, but there is a definite requirement to take on the enhancement and execution of the Compliance Monitoring Programme. Candidate must also have knowledge of the regulations that govern Investment Management firms, and be able to provide advice and interact with stakeholders of all levels.
In order to be successful in this role, candidates must have the following:
Compliance experience developed within an alternative Investment Management house, ideally Private Equity
Proven experience in executing the firms' Compliance Monitoring Programme
Review & sign off of Financial Promotions
Knowledge and practical understanding of AIFMD
