The Role

Experienced IT professional to support the growth of the Infrastructure Optimisation and Change practice under the Head of Infrastructure Optimisation

Support the proposition and the wider TORI team to:

  • Proposition development for Infrastructure Optimisation and large-scale infrastructure change programmes
  • Business development – sales and cross-sell opportunities
  • Business development – Thought Leadership – publication of White Papers, presenting at industry events, contribution to marketing collateral and other marketing initiatives
  • Lead significant client assignments with minimal supervision (utilisation ~60%)
  • QA and oversight for delivery teams managing client expectations, output quality and the commercial objectives
  • Contract drafting and negotiation
  • Support the practice via management of Salesforce and other MI/ balanced scorecards
  • Develop and maintain a network of Associates
  • Needs to have confidence and aptitude to interface at CIO, COO, CTO and senior IT management level
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the interface between applications and IT infrastructure

The successful candidate will:

  • 10+ years’ experience in at IT infrastructure function
  • Exposure to Banking (Retail, Commercial and/or Investment) and Insurance sectors
  • Delivery of large and complex Infrastructure Optimisation programmes
  • Ability to operate at C suite
  • Knowledge of application architecture and infrastructure
