Private Equity Valuations

Location: London, England, United Kingdom

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000

My client are looking to add a Senior Associate to their Private Equity Valuations team in London.

Role:

— Performing valuations on a wide range of illiquid investments across industries and geographies while using accepted and relevant approaches and theory
— Reporting and presenting analyses and conclusions including written reports, and handling valuation queries from clients
— Contributing to the design and enhancement of the financial models used to perform valuations
— Working with management to build and maintain client relationships
— Attending relevant industry events to broaden your knowledge and experience within the alternative asset industry

Requirements:

— Strong background in valuing both private and public companies from equity and debt positions
— Desire to work across a broad sector and geographical coverage
— Good understanding of DCF, NAV and other valuation methodology
— ACA/CFA preferred
— Strong work ethic
