Product Manager - UCITS & Private Markets - London Based - Global Asset Manager

Key Activities

• Helping to lead product initiatives including changes, launches, mergers, restructures and regulatory projects, working with investment teams, and distribution teams amongst others to deliver in a timely manner
• Act as a subject matter internally for product ideas and initiatives, meeting with the sales and investment teams to drive initiatives forward
• Manage and implement project plans for taking initiatives forward
• Oversight of product data and pricing models engaging with various teams to ensure this is kept up to date
• Working closely with risk, legal, tax, operations, distribution and marketing teams

Experience

• Degree level with strong academic background
• CFA, IMC a plus
• Ideally, experience in product management and development initiatives from end-to-end working across UCITS with private markets a plus
• Understanding of how these funds are accounted for, custody, reporting and tax matters
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at the same time, and prioritise appropriately
• Ability to be a self-starter and manage complex implementation plans for new product launches
• Thorough knowledge and the ability to analyse key competitors and the competitive environment
• Good working knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment
• Ability to build strong working relationships
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
