Our client has invested $2bn of assets under management, representing over 2.7 million square feet of development across Greater London (retail, leisure, commercial and residential).
The firm is managing investments made with its first dedicated capital commitment of $200m for special opportunities. It is looking for an Analyst / Associate to join its growing team and focus on acquisitions across UK market.
The Senior Partners invest personally in every transaction. They come from top-tier global private equity firms, development companies and financial and accounting firms.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deal execution - successfully complete transactions from end to end
- Take on portfolio management and sourcing responsibilities over time
- Perform complex financial modelling
YOUR PROFILE:
- Experience in M&A / corporate finance from a top-tier investment bank, a Big Four transaction services team, a private equity firm or investment fund
- Extensive deal experience including buy-side transaction advisory
- Collaborative / team player able to operate in a non-institutional environment with limited support
- Permission to work in the UK
- Fluent in English - proficiency in an additional language a bonus
