The Role

We are looking for a Client Operations Coordinator to join the Global Insurance Programme team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This role supports the delivery of operational services, reporting, client contractual requirements, governance activities and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple insurance litigation client accounts.

You will play a key role in maintaining data accuracy, supporting client reporting, monitoring service performance, and ensuring contractual obligations are delivered effectively.

Duration: Fixed Term Contract -12 Months
Working Pattern: 2 days working from the office, 3 days remote

The Team

You will join a collaborative Client Operations team supporting the Global Insurance Programme. Working closely with fee earners, Finance, Business Services and other key stakeholders, the team is responsible for delivering high-quality operational support, performance reporting, contractual compliance, billing processes, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the client experience.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Experience of client data management and its relevance to the insurance litigation process.
• Excellent knowledge of insurance litigation processes and experience within an insurance claims litigation environment.
• Knowledge and understanding of audit requirements, SLA monitoring, KPI reporting and performance analysis.
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel, with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proven ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate across multiple practice areas and business functions.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet demanding deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proactive and professional approach.
• Confidence to work autonomously, deliver reporting requirements and support operational processes independently.
